Artists, speakers and partners revealed for the 2025 Music Careers Expo
The Push is thrilled to unveil the artists, partners and keynote speakers joining this year’s Music Careers Expo, taking place in Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney this July and August.
The Music Careers Expo is a free, one-day event designed to help young people explore the many career paths within the Australian music industry.

This year’s events will feature a powerhouse line-up of artists, each joined by members of their teams to highlight the diverse roles that exist behind the scenes. Expect to hear from Hope D (Brisbane), Dem Mob (Adelaide), Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers (Melbourne) and Devaura (Sydney), alongside their managers, publicists, and other team members.
“The music industry is continually evolving and it's important that young people have access to relevant information and real experiences as they explore their career options. Whether it’s education pathways, learning new skills or finding new music communities, the Music Careers Expo shows young people what opportunities exist in a safe and accessible way – all for free!” says The Push CEO, Kate Duncan.
The development of the Music Careers Expo has young people at its centre, with local Music Careers Expo Youth Teams taking the reins behind-the-scenes to bring the event to life.

“We have learnt so much in our almost 10 years as a band and hope we can share as much info as possible with people who are starting their careers in the music industry!”
From interactive workshops to keynote presentations, one-on-one career advice and education stalls, the Expo connects young people directly with the knowledge, tools and networks needed to thrive in music.
If you’re a young person with a passion for Australian music and want to pursue a future career in the industry, the Music Careers Expo is for you.
Secondary schools across Queensland, South Australia and Victoria are encouraged to bring student groups to this free, one-day event.
