Do you remember your first gig? The lights. The sound. The energy.

For too many young Australians, live music experiences are out of reach. Tickets cost too much, transport is a barrier, and all-ages shows can be hard to find, especially in regional and rural areas. That’s where The Push’s Give a Gig campaign comes in.

As part of AusArt Day, the national day of giving to the arts on Thursday 23 October 2025 we’ve teamed up with Live Nation to open the doors to live music for young people across Australia with our Give a Gig campaign.

But we can’t do it without you. Every donation made on or before AusArt Day helps create moments of confidence, connection, and creativity that last a lifetime.

Your Donation Doubled!

Every donation to Give a Gig on or before AusArts Day is matched dollar-for-dollar by Live Nation, up to $20,000, doubling your impact and helping twice as many young Australians experience the magic of live music. So when you give $25, you’re really giving $50!

$25 — Give a Ticket (Doubled to $50!)

Get a young person through the door and into a safe, local, all-ages gig they couldn’t attend without your support.

$60 — Get Them There (Doubled to $120!)

Cover their ticket and transport. Because distance should never be the reason someone misses their first life-changing music experience.

$100 — The Full Gig Experience (Doubled to $200!)

Give a young person the full first-gig experience — ticket, transport, and a meal — so they can enjoy the night feeling safe, supported, and part of something bigger.

Turn Up for Young Australians

Help The Push give every young person the chance to discover the magic of live music, and a story they’ll tell for the rest of their life. Because every young person deserves the opportunity to participate and thrive in Australian music.

The Push is a registered charity that relies on the generosity of our community to support our work. All donations over $2 are tax deductible.
