The Push calls on our leaders to listen to the needs of young Australians in music

In 2025, we launched Access All‑Ages. Our call for national investment in All‑Ages Events Teams that give young people real opportunities to shape and deliver live music in their own communities. The proposal asks for $6.8 million over four years to support teams of young people working with local organisations and councils right across Australia. These teams would help bring affordable, local music experiences to life, create jobs, open pathways into music careers, and build stronger connections in outer‑suburban and regional towns. Young people told us loud and clear they want more access to live music and this initiative shows what’s possible when we back them with the right resources and support.
