Happening on Sunday 9 February, St Kilda Festival attracts over 400,000 attendees annually. Each year, the streets of St Kilda are closed to traffic while some of the country’s best artists perform over multiple stages, and The Push is lucky enough to be back again in 2020 with our very own stage set right in the heart of the St Kilda Foreshore.

Playing The Push Stage in 2020 are three-piece surf rock band from Newcastle NSW, Surf Trash, Wergaia woman and universal little sister, Alice Skye, macabre dream-pop group, Merpire, the hard hitting bass and soul vibrating rhythms of POOKIE, 17-year old doofus brain that’s highkey in love with speaking rhythmically, Boler Mani, rising star of the Australian hip hop community, Vince The Kid, plus local programming from the FReeZA teams at City of Port Phillip, City of Stonnington and City of Kingston.

In 2020, The Push Stage will also be the new location for St Kilda Festival’s Chill Out Zone, so grab a slushy and bean bag and enjoy the tunes from some of Australia’s most exciting emerging artists.
