Footwork (20%)
Variety and usage of footwork
Technique/Musicality (30%)
Knowledge of the execution of the dance. Ability to respond and mix it up to the music.
Style (20%)
Does style assist with execution of moves? Own individual feel to the dance.
Power (20%)
Innovative, clean, strong moves. Ability to flow moves into the dance not just the move reliant on itself.
Freshness (10%)
Is there representation of a bboy/bgirl in both the dance and the look?
Technique (30%)
Microphone technique, clear vocals
Style (20%)
Showmanship, individuality, movement on stage
Freestyle Ability / Response (20%)
On the spot acknowledgment of visual or previous knowledge of opponent. Ability to think fast and respond with originality and wit. Flow and punchlines delivered with ease.
